Bittersweet chocolate - minimum 68% cocoa / 42% cocoa butter, Semi-sweet chocolate - minimum 60% cocoa / 37% cocoa butter, Milk chocolate - minimum 35% / 34% cocoa butter ,  White chocolate contains minimum 26% cocoa butter
